We specialize in developing stable and long-acting biologically based drugs by exploiting site-specific bioconjugation technology (click chemistry, specifically IEDDA) named the SelecAll and Albubody platforms. These platforms enable us to achieve site-specific incorporation of non-natural amino (frTet) acid and conjugation handles into novel, optimized sites in any protein backbone. With these platforms we create novel therapeutics with enhanced properties, addressing issues such as poor drug properties, toxicity, and safety concerns. Our technologies can be applied to long-acting therapeutic modalities including enzyme, peptide and proteins as well as other therapeutic modalities including ADC and LYTACs drugs, offering superior efficacy and versatility compared to conventional methods.
